The G1500s analyzer measures low ppm oxygen in pure gas, inertizing, natural gas, and reducing processes among others. The electrochemical cell offers really high performance and it is insensitive to the presence of background gases like H2, CO2, CH4, HC, He, and freon, making the G1500s suitable for several applications. There is a safety system in place to protect the ppm. The analyzer is provided with an inner electro valve system and a second oxygen cell that helps to measure high concentration. The system protects itself in the event that the O2 content is high. The switching is adjusted by the set point on alarm. The O2 reading is seen on the second channel. When the threshold is exceeded, the system switches the ppm O2 cell to purge with N2.
