The armor clamp provides an electrical bond between the cable armor and the gland. EX-20 glands can also be used to terminate unarmored or lead sheathed cables. EX-20 type glands maintain Flameproof Exd and Increased Safety Exe methods of explosion protection; IP66, 68 to 25 meters and is deluge resistant.
