APT manufactures gallium liquid metal ion sources (Ga+<\/sup>\u00a0LMIS). Due to their high-brightness, long-life, reliability, and emission stability, Ga+<\/sup>\u00a0LMIS are the industry standard ion source for use in focused ion beam (FIB) systems.
