Flange Immersion Heaters are constructed by brazing or welding elements into an ANSI or plate flange. These are intended for direct immersion into fluids and gases. The heater is to be installed via a flanged port in the tank or vessel. Flanged Immersion heaters are available in a variety of flange sizes and materials. The heating elements are offered in a number of materials suited to a variety of fluid heating applications. Terminal housings are available for indoor, outdoor (weather- proof NEMA 4) and hazardous (NEMA 7) environments. Many options are available including thermostats, high limit and process thermocouples or RTD sensors. Since we are a made to order company, we can offer a large selection of sizes and configurations which are not listed below.<\/p>\n

\u6cd5\u5170\u6d78\u5165\u5f0f\u52a0\u70ed\u5668<\/a>\u7531\u948e\u710a\u6216\u710a\u63a5\u5143\u4ef6\u5236\u6210 ANSI \u6216\u677f\u6cd5\u5170\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u6d78\u5165\u6db2\u4f53\u548c\u6c14\u4f53\u4e2d\u3002\u52a0\u70ed\u5668\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u7f50\u6216\u5bb9\u5668\u4e2d\u7684\u6cd5\u5170\u7aef\u53e3\u5b89\u88c5\u3002\u6cd5\u5170\u5f0f\u6d78\u6ca1\u52a0\u70ed\u5668\u53ef\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u6cd5\u5170\u5c3a\u5bf8\u548c\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u52a0\u70ed\u5143\u4ef6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u9002\u5408\u5404\u79cd\u6d41\u4f53\u52a0\u70ed\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u6750\u6599\u3002\u7ec8\u7aef\u5916\u58f3\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u5ba4\u5185\u3001\u5ba4\u5916 (\u9632\u98ce\u5316 nema 4) \u548c\u5371\u9669 (nema 7) \u73af\u5883\u3002\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u9009\u9879\u53ef\u4f9b\u9009\u62e9, \u5305\u62ec\u6052\u6e29\u5668\u3001\u9ad8\u9650\u5236\u548c\u8fc7\u7a0b\u70ed\u7535\u5076\u6216 RTD \u4f20\u611f\u5668\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u8ba2\u8d2d\u7684\u516c\u53f8, \u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5927\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u5927\u5c0f\u548c\u914d\u7f6e, \u6ca1\u6709\u5217\u51fa\u5982\u4e0b\u3002<\/p>\n
