The GDW series is a line of gear systems for leveling machines, manufactured by Eisenbeiss. This system is specifically designed for straightened strips and pre-straighteners. The system’s first output shafts are subjected to heavy loads that are gradually passed on to every shafts.
\u9ad8\u4f4e\u6e29\u7bb1\u7cfb\u5217\u662f\u77eb\u5e73\u673a\u7684\u9f7f\u8f6e\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u7531Eisenbeiss\u3002\u672c\u7cfb\u7edf\u662f\u4e13\u95e8\u4e3a\u76f4\u6761\u548c\u9884\u77eb\u76f4\u673a\u3002\u8be5\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f93\u51fa\u8f74\u53d7\u5230\u6c89\u91cd\u7684\u8d1f\u8f7d\uff0c\u9010\u6e10\u4f20\u9012\u5230\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u8f74\u3002
The gear systems are developed for individual requirements where the designs totally depend on the exact requirements, in respect to the number of output shafts, axle spacing, torques, and the load to be expected in the production.

The torque is distributed to up to 17 shafts, while the reduction gear stages are either joined in the same casing as the distribution system, or fitted as individual shaft-mounted units. The system’s motor rating ranges from 20kW to 500kW, which uses combined immersion and force-feed lubrication.
