The H10P\u00a0and U10L series are rated for 10,000 psig \/ 689 bar(g) service.<\/p>\n

Equilibar\u2019s Research Series back pressure regulators offer precision performance for high pressure applications up to 10,000 psig \/ 689 bar(g). These regulators provide stable inlet pressure across widely varying flow rates, for liquid, gas, and mixed phase fluids. In addition, Equilibar offers the EPR-3000, a high pressure electronic controller that provides automation solutions for applications involving pressures up to 3000 psig \/ 206 bar(g).\u00a0equibar \u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7cfb\u5217\u80cc\u538b\u8c03\u8282\u5668<\/a>\u53ef\u4e3a\u9ad8\u8fbe 10, 000 psig\/689 bar (g) \u7684\u9ad8\u538b\u5e94\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8c03\u8282\u5668<\/a>\u4e3a\u6db2\u4f53\u3001\u6c14\u4f53\u548c\u6df7\u5408\u76f8\u6d41\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5404\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u6d41\u91cf\u7684\u7a33\u5b9a\u5165\u53e3\u538b\u529b\u3002\u6b64\u5916, equilibar \u8fd8\u63d0\u4f9b epr-3000, \u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u538b\u7535\u5b50\u63a7\u5236\u5668, \u53ef\u4e3a\u538b\u529b\u9ad8\u8fbe 3000 psig\/206 bar (g) \u7684\u5e94\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

For Research Series regulators, diaphragms of Stainless Steel 316, Polyimide, PEEK, and Hastelloy are suitable for the high pressure range.\u00a0\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u7cfb\u5217\u8c03\u8282\u5668, \u4e0d\u9508\u94a2316\u3001\u805a\u9170\u4e9a\u80fa\u3001peek \u548c hastelloy \u7684\u9694\u819c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u538b\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n

The back pressure regulator shown at above, the H10P, is rated for 10,000 psig \/ 689 bar(g). Like all Equilibar back pressure regulators, it requires a 1:1 fluid set-point on the top reference port. This high pressure pilot pressure is typically supplied from high pressure inert gas bottles, such as nitrogen.
