Description<\/h2>\n

The Kimball Physics<\/a> ES-423GR Guard Ring Lanthanum Hexaboride (LaB6<\/sub>) Cathode is a high performance, resistively heated, thermionic electron source. It is currently employed in many brightness-limited electron optical systems: SEM\u2019s, TEM\u2019s, probes, electron lithography systems, and more.<\/p>\n

Kimball Physics ES-423GR\u9632\u62a4\u73af\u516d\u787c\u5316\u9567<\/a>\uff08LaB6\uff09\u9634\u6781<\/a>\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u7535\u963b\u52a0\u70ed\u7684\u70ed\u79bb\u5b50\u7535\u5b50\u6e90\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5b83\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u8bb8\u591a\u4eae\u5ea6\u53d7\u9650\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u5149\u5b66\u7cfb\u7edf\uff1aSEM\u3001TEM\u3001\u63a2\u9488\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u5149\u523b\u7cfb\u7edf\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

The design of the crystal geometry is similar to the conical shape with a microflat tip found in the LaB6 ES-423E design. However, this\u00a0advanced design optimizes emission from the microflat region and suppresses emission from the inclined conical surface by utilizing the additional guard ring structure<\/em>\u00a0without requiring elevated electric fields from the Wehnelt\/grid.<\/p>\n

\u6676\u4f53\u51e0\u4f55\u5f62\u72b6\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8eLaB6 ES-423E\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u7684\u5177\u6709\u5fae\u5e73\u9762\u5c16\u7aef\u7684\u9525\u5f62\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4f18\u5316\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u5fae\u5e73\u9762\u533a\u57df\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u5229\u7528\u989d\u5916\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u73af\u7ed3\u6784\u6291\u5236\u4e86\u6765\u81ea\u503e\u659c\u9525\u5f62\u8868\u9762\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6765\u81eaWehnelt\/\u6805\u6781\u7684\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u7535\u573a<\/p>\n

The exposed emitter surface can range from 10 \u00b5m to 250 \u00b5m diameter, with a standard diameter of 25 \u00b5m. The single crystal LaB6<\/sub>\u00a0<100> orientation, is mounted on the end of a single-piece, stress-free carbon heater rod, and is held in place by a carbon ferrule. The additional guard ring aperture structure controls the exposure of the LaB6<\/sub>\u00a0surface.<\/p>\n

\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u53d1\u5c04\u6781\u8868\u9762\u76f4\u5f84\u8303\u56f4\u4ece10\u00b5m\u5230250\u00b5m\uff0c\u6807\u51c6\u76f4\u5f84\u4e3a25\u00b5m\u3002\u5355\u6676LaB6<100>\u53d6\u5411\uff0c\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u5355\u7247\u65e0\u5e94\u529b\u78b3\u52a0\u70ed\u68d2\u7684\u672b\u7aef\uff0c\u5e76\u7531\u78b3\u5957\u5708\u56fa\u5b9a\u5230\u4f4d\u3002\u9644\u52a0\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u73af\u5b54\u5f84\u7ed3\u6784\u63a7\u5236LaB6\u8868\u9762\u7684\u66dd\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n

The model ES-423GR is available in custom configurations with the LaB6<\/sub>\u00a0crystal cut at a cone angle of 60\u00ba or 90\u00ba and with a microflat size range from 10 \u00b5m to 250 \u00b5m. The LaB6<\/sub>\u00a0cathode is available mounted on a standard AEI<\/a> base, a Kimball Physics CB-104<\/a> ceramic base or on a variety of custom bases for particular systems.<\/p>\n

ES-423GR\u578b\u53f7\u6709\u5b9a\u5236\u914d\u7f6e\uff0cLaB6\u6676\u4f53\u4ee560\u00ba\u621690\u00ba\u7684\u9525\u89d2\u5207\u5272\uff0c\u5fae\u5e73\u9762\u5c3a\u5bf8\u8303\u56f4\u4ece10\u00b5m\u5230250\u00b5m\u3002LaB6\u9634\u6781<\/a>\u53ef\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u6807\u51c6AEI\u5e95\u5ea7\u3001Kimball Physics CB-104\u9676\u74f7\u5e95\u5ea7\u6216\u7528\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u5b9a\u5236\u5e95\u5ea7\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n
