\u7f8e\u56fdKimball Physics<\/a>,\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u7cfb\u7edf<\/a>,\u4e2d\u7b49\u80fd\u91cf\uff08\u6700\u5927 30 keV)<\/a>,EGL-2022 \/ EGPS-2022<\/a><\/p>\n Kimball Physics<\/a> \u662f\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\uff08\u675f\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf<\/em>\u7684\u9886\u5148\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\uff0c\u5176\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u8d85\u9ad8\u771f\u7a7a \uff08UHV\uff09 \u8868\u9762\u7269\u7406\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u7269\u7406\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u55b7\u67aa\u53ef\u4ee5\u805a\u7126\u5c0f\u5149\u6591\u5c3a\u5bf8\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e X \u5c04\u7ebf\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u710a\u63a5\u548c RHED \u7b49\u5e94\u7528;\u6216\u7528\u4e8e\u6cdb\u5149\u675f\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u7535\u8377\u4e2d\u548c\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u675f<\/a>\u64e6\u6d17\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u6a21\u62df\u548c\u8f90\u5c04\u635f\u4f24\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n \u80fd\u91cf\u626b\u63cf\uff1a\u6052\u5b9a\u675f\u6d41\u548c\u8fd1\u4f3c\u6052\u5b9a\u5149\u6591\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u675f<\/strong><\/p>\n 50 eV \u81f3 5 keV<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5e94\u7528\uff1a<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u529f\u80fd\/\u9009\u9879\uff1a<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u80fd\u91cf\u8303\u56f4\uff1a<\/strong>50 eV \u81f3 5 keV Kimball Physics EGL-2022<\/a> \u7535\u5b50\u67aa<\/a>\u53ca\u5176\u914d\u5957\u7684 EGPS-2022<\/a> \u7535\u6e90\u53ef\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u8868\u9762\u7269\u7406\u3001\u7535\u79bb\u3001\u7535\u8377\u4e2d\u548c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u771f\u7a7a\u7269\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u5b50\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u968f\u65f6\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u7528\u6237\u7684\u771f\u7a7a\u7cfb\u7edf<\/a>\u5e76\u542f\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n \u5149\u675f\u80fd\u91cf\u3001\u5149\u675f\u7535\u6d41\u548c\u5149\u6591\u5c3a\u5bf8\u53ef\u5728\u5f88\u5bbd\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u72ec\u7acb\u8c03\u8282\u3002\u80fd\u91cf\u4ece 50 eV \u5230 5 keV \u4e0d\u7b49\uff0c\u675f\u6d41\u4ece 1 nA \u5230 100 \u03bcA\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u591a\u7ea7\u548c\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u53d8\u7126\u955c\u5934\uff0c\u5728\u80fd\u91cf\u7684\u4e24\u4e2a\u6570\u91cf\u7ea7\u53d8\u5316\u4e0a\u4fdd\u6301\u6052\u5b9a\u7684\u675f\u6d41\uff0c\u5149\u6591\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e5f\u5927\u81f4\u6052\u5b9a\u3002\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u4f7f\u7528\u5355\u7535\u4f4d\u9634\u6781<\/a>\u4ea7\u751f\u4f4e\u80fd\u91cf\u6269\u6563\u5149\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n \u67aa\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b63\u504f\u7f6e\u7684\u52a0\u901f\u5ea6\u7f51\u683c\uff0c\u4ee5\u589e\u5f3a\u53d1\u5c04\u548c\u51c6\u76f4\u5149\u675f\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u5bf9\u6b64\u7f51\u683c\u5355\u5143\u65bd\u52a0\u8d1f\u7535\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee5\u51c6\u76f4\u5149\u675f\u3001\u6291\u5236\u53d1\u5c04\u5e76\u5207\u65ad\u5149\u675f\u3002<\/p>\n \u5168\u7a0b\u91c7\u7528 UHV \u6280\u672f\u3002\u8be5\u55b7\u67aa\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 10 \u7ea7\u771f\u7a7a\u4e2d\u8fd0\u884c-11<\/sup>torr \u6700\u591a 10-5<\/sup>torr \u7528\u4e8e\u6807\u51c6 Ta \u76d8\u9634\u6781\u3002\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u53ef\u5728 350\u00b0C \u4e0b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u7535\u7f06\u3002<\/p>\n \u901a\u8fc7\u6253\u5f00\u4e0a\u65b9\u201c\u8d44\u6e90\u201d\u9009\u9879\u5361\u4e2d\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6 EGL<\/a>-2022\/EGPS<\/a>-2022 PDF \u89c4\u8303\u6587\u6863\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n \u7f8e\u56fdKimball Physics,\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u7cfb\u7edf,\u4e2d\u7b49\u80fd\u91cf\uff08\u6700\u5927 30 keV),EGL-2022 \/ EGPS-2022 Kimball Physics \u662f\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\uff08\u675f\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u9886\u5148\u4f9b <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":34,"featured_media":1999,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_vp_format_video_url":"","_vp_image_focal_point":[]},"categories":[1],"tags":[78,297,295,294],"yoast_head":"\n\u64cd\u4f5c\u8303\u56f4<\/h3>\n
