OFF\/ON switching of circularly polarized luminescence by oxophilic interaction of homochiral sulfoxide-containing o-OPEs with metal cations<\/p>\n

Here we describe a new class of CPL<\/a> switches based on oxophilic interactions between chiral sulfoxide-containing\u00a0ortho<\/em>-phenylene ethynylene (o<\/em>-OPE) foldamers and cationic metals.
