Silicon Drift Detector<\/a> (SDD<\/a>) for Standard Applications \u57fa\u7840\u7248SDD<\/p>\n Simplicity and high spectroscopic accuracy \u2013 that\u2019s what you get with our Base SDDs for\u00a0<\/strong>standard applications. A variety of detector modules with energy resolution values of 127 eV FWHM @ Mn-K\u03b1 and easy operation are available at excellent prices.
