The XRS is the operation platform for our SDD Modules and supports the full functionality of our Complete\u00a0or Standard Module series. It is designed for applications in microanalysis and in X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis in laboratories and industry. Individually pre-adjusted system parameters combined with the right selection of the SDD module type lead to optimum performance and reliability in the specific field of application.<\/p>\n
XRS\u662f\u6211\u4eecSDD\u6a21\u5757\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u6211\u4eec\u5b8c\u6574\u6216\u6807\u51c6\u6a21\u5757\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u7528\u4e8e\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684\u5fae\u91cf\u5206\u6790\u548cX\u5c04\u7ebf\u8367\u5149\uff08XRF\uff09\u5206\u6790\u3002\u5355\u72ec\u9884\u8c03\u6574\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u53c2\u6570\u4e0e\u6b63\u786e\u9009\u62e9SDD\u6a21\u5757\u7c7b\u578b\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\u5b9e\u73b0\u6700\u4f73\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n
