The PSL Rheotek RPV-1<\/a> (2) RSS HT \u2013 two position PP\/PE viscometer with sampler is specially adapted for measuring low and medium density polyethylenes (PE) and polypropylenes (PP) at 135 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

The RPV-1 HT is designed to be integrated with the (hyperlink) SP-1 Sample Preparation system for polymers.<\/p>\n

Other options include SD-1 Polymer reaction block.<\/p>\n

The PSL Rheotek RPV-1 provides a reliable and precise system for measuring dilute solutions of polymers.
\nThe RPV-1 automates the manual steps set out in standard methods, minimizing the variability of results.
\nHigh temperature Systems can be configured with 1 or 2 measuring positions. Other options include sample preparation, sample dissolution and auto sampler.
\nFlow times are measured automatically using
ASTM Ubbelohde<\/a> viscometer tubes supplied with ISO 17025 certificates of calibration.
\nCleaning is carried out in-situ utilizing solvents and a safe vacuum system.
\nThe comprehensive RPV-1 software program records all measurement data as well as calculating a wide range of results.
