\u7cbe\u5bc6\u5149\u5b66\u5207\u5272\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8d85\u7a33\u5b9a\u4e14\u7075\u6d3b\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u5207\u5272\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5207\u5272\u9891\u7387\u5728\u5bbd\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u53ef\u8c03\uff0c\u9891\u7387\u548c\u76f8\u4f4d\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u79cd\u8f93\u5165\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u5916\u90e8\u53c2\u8003\u7684\u540c\u6b65\u3002\u524d\u9762\u677f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u76f4\u89c2\u7684\u914d\u7f6e\u89c6\u56fe\uff0c\u800c\u8fdc\u7a0b \u5149\u5b66\u5207\u5272\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u76f4\u63a5\u8c03\u5236\u6fc0\u5149\u5149\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002SR542 \u7cbe\u5bc6\u5149\u5b66\u5207\u5272\u5668\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u589e\u5f3a\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u53ef\u914d\u7f6e\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u5207\u5272\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u662f\u9700\u8981\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u76f8\u4f4d\u6296\u52a8\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u8ddf\u8e2a\u5916\u90e8\u53c2\u8003\u3001\u5bbd\u9891\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u3001\u53cc\u6ce2\u5149\u6df7\u5408\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u591a\u4e2a\u5207\u5272\u5668\u7684\u540c\u6b65\uff0cSR542 \u90fd\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u60a8\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n \u7075\u6d3b\u914d\u7f6e<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5207\u5272\u5668\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u591a\u79cd\u8f93\u5165\u6e90\u540c\u6b65\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5916\u90e8\u9891\u7387\u53c2\u8003\uff08\u6b63\u5f26\u6ce2\u6216 TTL\/CMOS\uff09\u3001\u5185\u90e8\u65f6\u949f\uff08\u6676\u4f53\u632f\u8361\u5668\uff09\u3001VCO \u8f93\u5165\uff080 \u5230 +10 VDC\uff09\u6216\u4ea4\u6d41\u7535\u6e90\uff0850 Hz \u81f3 60 Hz\uff09\u3002\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u9891\u7387\u6f02\u79fb\u51e0\u4e4e\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u6d88\u9664\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u4f4e\u81f3 0.4 Hz \u6216\u9ad8\u8fbe 20 kHz \u7684\u5207\u5272\u901f\u7387\uff08\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u5200\u7247\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n \u7528\u6237\u53ef\u7f16\u7a0b\u7684\u500d\u9891\u5668\u548c\u5206\u9891\u5668\u4f7f\u5f97\u5207\u5272\u901f\u7387\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u4e3b\u9891\u7684\u8c10\u6ce2\u3001\u4e9a\u8c10\u6ce2\u6216\u5206\u6570\u8c10\u6ce2\u3002<\/p>\n \u7528\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u9009\u62e9\u5c06\u5185\u69fd\u3001\u5916\u69fd\u6216\u8f74\uff08\u6bcf\u8f6c\u4e00\u6b21\u8109\u51b2\uff09\u4e0e\u7f29\u653e\u7684\u4e3b\u53c2\u8003\u8fdb\u884c\u76f8\u4f4d\u9501\u5b9a\u3002\u76f8\u4f4d\u504f\u79fb\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7 \u5207\u5272\u5934<\/strong><\/p>\n \u5207\u5272\u5934\u91c7\u7528\u65e0\u69fd\u65e0\u5237\u76f4\u6d41\u7535\u673a\uff08BLDC\uff09\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u51cf\u5c11\u673a\u68b0\u632f\u52a8\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u5149\u5b66\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5b89\u9759\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6ca1\u6709\u7535\u5237\u7684\u78e8\u635f\uff0c\u5207\u5272\u5934\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5ef6\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n \u7cbe\u5bc6\u5149\u523b\u9ed1\u5316\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2\u5207\u5272\u5200\u7247\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u5355\u9891\u548c\u53cc\u9891\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u53d8\u5360\u7a7a\u6bd4\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3002\u5200\u7247\u523b\u8680\u7684\u4e25\u683c\u516c\u5dee\u786e\u4fdd\u4e86\u5149\u5b66\u5207\u5272\u4fe1\u53f7\u7684\u4f4e\u76f8\u4f4d\u6296\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n \u5207\u5272\u5934\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u5e26\u6709\u69fd\u7684\u57fa\u677f\uff08\u4e24\u82f1\u5bf8\u69fd\u8ddd\uff09\u5b89\u88c5\u5230\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u4e00\u82f1\u5bf8\u5149\u5b66\u9762\u677f\u4e0a\uff0c\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u5305\u542b\u7684\u5939\u7d27\u65cb\u94ae\u5b89\u88c5\u5230\u534a\u82f1\u5bf8\u5149\u5b66\u652f\u67f1\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n \u5e26\u7f69\u5207\u5272\u5934<\/strong><\/p>\n \u53ef\u62c6\u5378\u7684\u7f69\u5b50\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u4e0e\u6b63\u5728\u64cd\u4f5c\u7684\u5207\u5272\u5934\u610f\u5916\u78b0\u649e\u3002<\/p>\n \u867d\u7136 BLDC \u7535\u673a\u901a\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad8\u9891 PWM \u4fe1\u53f7\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4f46 SR542 \u4f7f\u7528\u6a21\u62df\u7535\u6d41\u653e\u5927\u5668\u548c\u4e09\u76f8\u672a\u5207\u5272\u6b63\u5f26\u9a71\u52a8\u7535\u6d41\uff0c\u4ee5\u6d88\u9664\u4f20\u7edf PWM \u9a71\u52a8\u5668\u7684\u9ad8\u9891 EMI \u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n \u53c2\u8003\u8f93\u51fa<\/strong><\/p>\n \u516d\u4e2a\u59cb\u7ec8\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u540e\u9762\u677f\u53c2\u8003\u8f93\u51fa\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u591a\u4eea\u5668\u540c\u6b65\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7ea7\u8054\u5207\u5272\u5668\u6216\u89e6\u53d1\u5176\u4ed6\u4eea\u5668\uff08\u9501\u76f8\u653e\u5927\u5668<\/a>\u3001\u793a\u6ce2\u5668\u7b49\uff09\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u53ef\u7528\u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u5305\u62ec\u6e90\uff08\u4e3b\u5185\u90e8\u65f6\u949f\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u81ea\u7531\u8fd0\u884c\u6216\u4e0e\u4ea4\u6d41\u7535\u6e90\u3001\u5916\u90e8\u540c\u6b65\u6216 VCO \u8f93\u5165\u76f8\u4f4d\u9501\u5b9a\uff09\u3001\u5185\u69fd\u3001\u5916\u69fd\u3001\u8f74\uff08\u6bcf\u673a\u68b0\u8f6c\u52a8\u4e00\u6b21\uff09\u3001\u548c\u5dee\uff08fouter \u00b1 finner\uff09\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8f93\u51fa\u90fd\u662f\u901a\u8fc7 50 \u03a9 \u7684 0 \u81f3 +5 V \u65b9\u6ce2\u3002<\/p>\n \u76f4\u89c2\u524d\u9762\u677f<\/strong><\/p>\n SR542 \u63a7\u5236\u5668\u7684\u524d\u9762\u677f\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u5207\u5272\u5668\u63a7\u5236\u56de\u8def\u7684\u6846\u56fe\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u67e5\u770b\u548c\u8c03\u6574\u4eea\u5668\u914d\u7f6e\u53d8\u5f97\u7b80\u5355\u76f4\u89c2\u3002\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u6570\u5b57\u952e\u76d8\u6216\u65cb\u94ae\u8f93\u5165\u6570\u503c\u8bbe\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n \u5feb\u95e8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong><\/p>\n SR542 \u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u5149\u5b66\u5feb\u95e8\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u5c06\u5185\u90e8\u9891\u7387\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e3a 0 Hz \u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u76f8\u4f4d\u8bbe\u7f6e\u63a7\u5236\u5207\u5272\u5200\u7247\u7684\u9759\u6001\u65cb\u8f6c\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u9002\u5f53\u9009\u62e9\u76f8\u4f4d\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ea4\u66ff\u901a\u8fc7\u6216\u963b\u6321\u5149\u675f<\/p>\n
