Equilibar\u2019s Research Series back pressure regulators solve critical performance problems for laboratory and gas analysis systems worldwide. Equilibar has several different trim styles and many different diaphragm materials to help us meet nearly every demanding research condition. Our Research Series work through an incredibly wide range of flow, pressure, and temperature. Materials include Hastelloy, SS316L, PTFE, and FFKM (Kalrez).\u00a0equilibar \u6709\u51e0\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u88c5\u9970\u98ce\u683c\u548c\u8bb8\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9694\u819c\u6750\u6599, \u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u4eec\u6ee1\u8db3\u51e0\u4e4e\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u82db\u523b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7cfb\u5217\u53ef\u5728\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u3001\u538b\u529b\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6750\u6599\u5305\u62ec hastelloy\u3001ss316l\u3001ptfe \u548c ffkm (kalrez)\u3002<\/p>\n
Typical temperature ranges are 150\u00b0C, 200\u00b0C (with viton seals and metallic diaphragm) and 327\u00b0C (with Kalrez seals and metallic diaphragm) for any of our standard Models with capabilities of up to 450\u00b0C with our special High Temperature Model, which utilizes Grafoil sealing gaskets.\u00a0\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6807\u51c6\u578b\u53f7\u7684\u5178\u578b\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u90fd\u662f150\u00b0C\u3001200\u00b0C (\u5e26\u6709\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20\u5bc6\u5c01\u4ef6\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u9694\u819c) \u548c 327\u00b0C (\u5e26\u6709 kalrez \u5bc6\u5c01\u4ef6\u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u9694\u819c), \u8fd9\u4e9b\u578b\u53f7\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u9ad8\u8fbe 450\u00b0C, \u4f7f\u7528\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u9ad8\u6e29\u6a21\u578b, \u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u7802\u783e\u5bc6\u5c01\u57ab\u5708\u3002<\/p>\n
