Kimball Physics提供了氧化釔涂層銥盤陰極。除了作為抗氧化的加固熱離子發(fā)射體之外，這些陰極還為各種電子源應(yīng)用提供穩(wěn)定和均勻的電子發(fā)射，尤其是在真空條件不理想的情況下。ES-535、ES-526和ES-529的陰極結(jié)構(gòu)由氧化釔涂層銥盤組成，通過銥發(fā)夾的傳導(dǎo)加熱，并安裝在AEI或Kimball物理基座上。ES-535W由氧化釔涂層銥盤組成，用鎢發(fā)夾代替銥發(fā)夾。其他基地可在定制的基礎(chǔ)上。
