Kimball Physics氧化鋇涂層圓盤陰極是一種微光、低溫熱離子發(fā)射器。ES-015、ES-064和ES-066的陰極結(jié)構(gòu)由涂有氧化鋇(BaO)的圓盤基板組成，該基板通過鎢發(fā)夾傳導(dǎo)加熱，并安裝在工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)陶瓷AEI底座或緊湊型Kimball Physics陶瓷底座上。其他基地可在定制的基礎(chǔ)上。
