500 eV \u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u9608\u503c\u4e3a 1 x 10<\/span>-7<\/sup>A\/\u5398\u7c73<\/span>2<\/sup>.\u8367\u5149\u5c4f\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u57fa\u672c\u7c7b\u578b\uff1a\u8010\u7528\u578b\u548c UHV<\/a>\u3002\u575a\u56fa\u7684\u7b5b\u7f51\u66f4\u80fd\u62b5\u6297\u673a\u68b0\u635f\u4f24\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u8367\u5149\u7c89<\/a>\u6210\u5206\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u79cd\u63d0\u9ad8\u8010\u7528\u6027\u7684\u7c98\u5408\u5242<\/a>\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u63a5\u8fd1 10 \u7684\u771f\u7a7a\u538b\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8131\u6c14<\/span>-8<\/sup>\u00a0\u6258\u3002UHV 10 \u7684\u6781\u4f4e\u771f\u7a7a\u5ea6<\/span>-8<\/sup>\u6258\u3002\u6709\u51e0\u4e2a\u914d\u7f6e\u9009\u9879\u53ef\u7528\u3002\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u6210\u5206\u53ef\u4ee5\u6d82\u8986\u5728\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2<\/a> 304<\/a> \u6216\u5bfc\u7535\u73bb\u7483<\/a>\u4e0a\u3002\u5404\u79cd\u76f4\u5f84\u7684\u7b5b\u7f51\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u8584\u7684 CF \u6cd5\u5170<\/a>\uff08RHEED \u7b5b\u7f51<\/a>\uff09\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u5404\u79cd\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u4e0d\u9508\u94a2 eV \u96f6\u4ef6\u4e0a\uff08Rugged \u548c UHV \u7b5b\u7f51\uff09\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Kimball<\/a> Physics \u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\u676f\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u662f\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u88c5\u7f6e\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u79fb\u52a8\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u771f\u7a7a\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec4\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u76f4\u63a5\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u7684\u5916\u58f3\u4e0a\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u76f4\u63a5\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u675f\u8fdb\u884c\u91c7\u6837\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u6c14\u52a8\u6216\u673a\u68b0\u81f4\u52a8\u5668\u79fb\u5165\u548c\u79fb\u51fa\u7535\u5b50\u675f\u8def\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n \u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\u676f\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u914d\u7f6e\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u53ef\u4f9b\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u8fde\u7eed\u8f93\u5165\u529f\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a 100 mW \u81f3 1250 W\uff0c\u5b54\u5f84\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e3a 1 mm \u81f3 11.00 mm\uff0c\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u9009\u9879\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u7f51\u683c\u548c\u8367\u5149\u5c4f\u3002\u914d\u7f6e\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\uff1a1\uff09 \u653e\u7f6e\u5e76\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u771f\u7a7a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5185\uff08FC-66\u3001FC-70\u3001FC-71\u3001FC-72\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u901a\u8fc7\u771f\u7a7a\u6cd5\u5170\u9988\u901a\u4ece\u5916\u90e8\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u7535\u6d41\u8868\uff0c\u6216 2\uff09 \u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\u676f\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u76f4\u63a5\u5b89\u88c5\u5728\u771f\u7a7a\u5ba4 CF \u6cd5\u5170\u4e0a\u7684\u7ec4\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff08FC-73\u3001FC-86\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n \u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u7535\u6d41\u8868\u7684 Kimball Physics \u6cd5\u62c9\u7b2c\u676f\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\u7528\u4e8e\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u6d4b\u91cf\u5e26\u7535\u7c92\u5b50\u7535\u6d41\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7535\u5b50\u67aa\u6216\u79bb\u5b50\u67aa<\/a>\u53d1\u5c04\u7684\u5149\u675f\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u578b\u53f7\u4e0e UHV \u517c\u5bb9\u4e14\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u70d8\u70e4<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n \u8367\u5149\u5c4f\u7531\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6 P-22 \u8367\u5149\u7c89 \uff08ZnS\uff1aAg\uff09 \u5236\u6210\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7b5b\u9009\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u4ece\u5927\u7ea6 500 eV \u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u9608\u503c\u4e3a 1 x 10<\/span>-7<\/sup>A\/\u5398\u7c73<\/span>2<\/sup>.\u8367\u5149\u5c4f\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u57fa\u672c\u7c7b\u578b\uff1a\u8010\u7528\u578b\u548c UHV\u3002\u575a\u56fa\u7684\u7b5b\u7f51\u66f4\u80fd\u62b5\u6297\u673a\u68b0\u635f\u4f24\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u8367\u5149\u7c89\u6210\u5206\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u79cd\u63d0\u9ad8\u8010\u7528\u6027\u7684\u7c98\u5408\u5242\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u63a5\u8fd1 10 \u7684\u771f\u7a7a\u538b\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u51fa\u73b0\u8131\u6c14<\/span>-8<\/sup>\u6258\u3002UHV 10
