The Verimet U1000 System is a Modular Automatic Universal Instrument (MAUI) designed to perform gaging, nondestructive eddy current testing, and other real time measurement data acquisition operations. The U1000 replaces all the eddy current and gaging instruments previously sold by K. J. Law Engineers over the years with a single modular instrument system having all their capabilities and more. The U1000 can perform eddy current testing from ultra-high frequency flaw detection to low frequency hardness verification and case depth prediction. Its gaging capabilities process input from LVDTs and Air Circuits to perform difficult dynamic measurements, and includes advanced filtering and spindle-compensation capabilities. The U1000 was developed using the latest hardware and software standards to allow it to integrate with other devices and systems and to evolve with emerging standards.
\u7684verimet U1000\u7cfb\u7edf\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6a21\u5757\u5316\u7684\u901a\u7528\u81ea\u52a8\u4eea\u5668\uff08Maui\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u65e0\u635f\u6da1\u6d41\u68c0\u6d4b\u7b49\u5b9e\u65f6\u6d4b\u91cf\u7684\u6570\u636e\u91c7\u96c6\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u7684U1000\u53d6\u4ee3\u7535\u6da1\u6d41\u6d4b\u91cf\u4eea\u5668\u4e4b\u524d\u9500\u552e\u7684KJ\u6cd5\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u4e0e\u4e00\u4e2a\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u6a21\u5757\u5316\u4eea\u5668\u7cfb\u7edf\u5177\u6709\u7684\u6240\u6709\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u66f4\u3002\u7684U1000\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u8d85\u9ad8\u9891\u63a2\u4f24\u9891\u7387\u4f4e\u786c\u5ea6\u9a8c\u8bc1\u548c\u6848\u4f8b\u6df1\u5ea6\u9884\u6d4b\u8fdb\u884c\u6da1\u6d41\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002\u5176\u6d4b\u91cf\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u8f93\u5165LVDT\u548c\u7a7a\u6c14\u7535\u8def\u6267\u884c\u56f0\u96be\u7684\u52a8\u6001\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u8fc7\u6ee4\u548c\u4e3b\u8f74\u7684\u8865\u507f\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u7684\u7269\u8d28\u8fdb\u884c\u5f00\u53d1\u5229\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u786c\u4ef6\u548c\u8f6f\u4ef6\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5b83\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u96c6\u6210\u4e0e\u65b0\u5174\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n
