高級靜態(tài)和動態(tài)摩擦系統(tǒng)RR/FT符合全部國際測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn),先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)控制,精確測量靜態(tài)和動態(tài)摩擦。操作簡單,所有的參數(shù)和測試結(jié)果顯示在易讀的液晶屏幕上;內(nèi)置結(jié)果打印機(jī)給出測試結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)通過負(fù)載單元精確的測量樣品表面的摩擦系數(shù),采用圖解法顯示動態(tài)摩擦系數(shù),其自動校準(zhǔn)的程序確保摩擦的準(zhǔn)確性。操作簡單,參數(shù)及結(jié)果均可在LCD顯示器上顯示。RS232輸出端口,?Windows軟件程序,結(jié)果可用表格及圖解兩種方式輸出。溫度控制,壓板最高溫度可達(dá)120℃,最低溫度達(dá)0℃的冷卻器。通過使用計(jì)算機(jī)反饋循環(huán)程序來測量樣品表面的靜、動態(tài)摩擦系數(shù)。

Product Description
The Static & Dynamic Friction (or Slip & Friction) Tester has been designed to determine the friction characteristics of materials. Primarily by pulling one surface over another. It is ideally suited where the production of a product relies on Film, Foil, Paper or Board sliding over machinery or another material for packaging purposes.
The advanced dedicated microprocessor control removes operator variability from the test procedure by controlling dwell time, sled movement etc, thereby giving high accuracy of results for both static and dynamic friction.
Designed in accordance with ASTM D1894 And ISO 8295 International test standards, This apparatus can be used with all types of flexible packaging, foils, paper, board, rubber, linoleum, textiles and leather. 180o peel or adhesion tests can also be performed, other attachments to any International test standard are available on request.
The on board microprocessor records the normal force required to produce the sliding motion using a very accurate load cell. The results are shown graphically on the PC so that both the static and sliding friction can be observed throughout the test. These results can be printed out via the on board mini printer or downloaded to the computer for analysis in Microsoft Excel.
A built in calibration can be carried out at any time by using the calibration kit provided.
