產品介紹:

多面掃描鏡(Polygonal Scanners):可實現大范圍、超高速、高精度與高重復性的激光光束掃描。多面掃描鏡裝置包括電機與多面棱鏡,多面棱鏡具有多個反射面,并安裝在電動機的旋轉軸上。通過電機的旋轉,多面棱鏡可實現高速旋轉,從而實現大角度、高速的光束掃描。

?應用領域:醫學成像、薄膜檢測、材料加工、激光印刷制版、印刷線路板檢測

我們的多面掃描鏡有空氣軸承與球軸承兩種類型,可實現超過100kHz的掃描速度。

空氣動力軸承設計(Aerodynamic Air BearingDesigns)該設計適用于重量小于120克的多邊棱鏡。基于該設計的掃描鏡速度范圍為6,000~55,000 rpm, MTBF超過20,000小時,且無需額外空氣動力驅動。

空氣靜力軸承設計(Aerostatic Air BearingDesigns):?該設計適用于對動態軌跡和速度穩定性有極高要求的領域。基于該設計的掃描鏡速度范圍為0~30,000 rpm

球軸承設計(Ball Bearing Deisgns):?該設計適用于大范圍低速掃描領域。

我們可根據客戶應用要求推薦合適的產品或提供定制化的產品。我們可提供的棱鏡尺寸范圍為1英寸~14英寸。多面掃描鏡的速度穩定性(Jitter down to 0.01%)由速度與負載決定。

RTA多面掃描鏡(Ready-To-Assemble Polygonal Scanners):?我們的RTA多面掃描鏡包括基于球軸承(ball bearing motor)設計,速度范圍625~10000 RPM的掃描鏡與基于空氣動力軸承動力(self-generating air bearing motor),速度范圍10000~55000 RPM的掃描鏡。我們掃描鏡的掃描速率范圍是195Hz117KHz。我們提供針對紅外激光應用的保護金鍍膜,我們也可根據客戶要求定制適用不同波長與尺寸的產品。
