測量原理

 

分析所依據(jù)的測量原理與氧化鋯的使用有關(guān),氧化鋯在高溫下可以表現(xiàn)得像固態(tài)電解質(zhì),在與不同 O 2濃度(分壓)接觸的兩個電極上產(chǎn)生電動勢,與以開爾文度 (°K) 為單位的溫度以及兩個壓力 PO?2?‘ 和 PO?2?”之間的比率的對數(shù)(根據(jù)能斯特眾所周知的比率)成正比:
