ALDEN’S Back connectors are versatile dual circuit plugs and sockets designed for plug-in modules, doors or panels that automatically engage upon closure. These connectors feature high-impact shells injection molded in a glass-filled engineering thermoplastic, and ultrasonically welded to create a secure bond for contact retention. Mating action is both smooth and positive.

Large bell-mouthed entry slots in the receptacles assure positive mating of the free-floating blades of the plugs. Full and miniature sizes available. The 462 series is also the ideal breadboard and prototype connector. The unique shell design allows the connectors to be ganged or stacked into as many circuits as needed, allowing on the spot circuit design.
