This special programmable dual axis LINEAR Analog/Digital output tilt module is built around a customized state of the art CMOS Microprocessor. A 2.5″x 2.5″ assembled PCB provides concurrent Analog Nulling and continuous digital inclination information in two axis of tilt. This LOW cost module is perfectly suitable for numerous high resolution leveling applications. The module utilizes two SX-003D-NULL single axis NULLING or LINEAR vibration resistant inclination sensors and provides an economical and reliable tilt sensing solution for applications requiring superior Nulling capabilities combined with good repeatability and symmetry. Rugged hermetic construction and MIL-SPEC temperature range make these sensors perfectly suitable for numerous Nulling optical, alignment, automation, and construction angle measurement applications. Innovative design and an enclosed Aluminum referenced mounting plate facilitate uncomplicated installation. Sensor could be remotely located and calibrated to different rages if so required. Exceptionally stable and consistent performance in temperature variable environment. In addition to digital filtering the electrolyte may be modified to filter out errors induced by shock & vibration. Test data could be supplied on 3.5″ disk upon special request.
