The SPKP, PKP series from Eisenbeiss GmbH, are worm planetary gear reducer designed for ladle turret. Thay have a power range from 30 kW to 100 kW. These gear systems can withstand harsh environment, and can meet tough requirements with reliability, robust design and integrated emergency drive systems.

The SPKP, PKP series of gear systems are equipped with protective features to avoid damage to the power train. The motor rating for the main drive is from 30 kW to 100 kW, and for the emergency drive is 8 kW to 30 kW. The gear ratio for the main drive is 700 to 1.000, and for the emergency drive is 200 to 4.000. Lubrication and cooling is via immersion lubrication/cooling via housing.
