測(cè)量流體的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)一般用到穩(wěn)態(tài)法和瞬態(tài)法,但是由于有對(duì)流的影響,瞬態(tài)法具有很多優(yōu)點(diǎn):
瞬態(tài)法考慮了變化的溫度場(chǎng)的問題,測(cè)量時(shí)間快得多,結(jié)果受對(duì)流影響較小。僅0.01mm/min的平均流速會(huì)導(dǎo)致由于自由對(duì)流而引起的1%的偏差。因此,穩(wěn)態(tài)方法,特別是在涉及厚層的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置中,不能提供不受對(duì)流影響的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)。此外,還必須非常小心地避免任何種類的強(qiáng)制對(duì)流,例如由于測(cè)量裝置的振動(dòng)引起的。
