GAUSS MAGNETI designs and manufactures special deep field electromagnets using 1 or 2 pole to handle 6 to 24 meters long ferrous single or packed beams and sections. The magnetic shoes designed with special shape and size ensures to enter thin beam wings as well. The design involves careful calculation of magnet and beam weights to achieve the best lifting device capacity.

The machines find extensive application in unloading of beams and sections from production line (also hot materials), loading and unloading of lorries, rail containers, ships, stocking in stores or warehouses. The introduction of magnets makes the machine work independently with less personal involvement at greater safety as the operators no longer require to approach the load or climb on it. The available space is better utilized eliminating the need of any spacer between the single products
