孵育器搖動器允許您同時孵育和搖動(或搖動)樣品。這對貼壁細胞培養很重要,當懸浮細胞需要運動以防止它們粘附到底部或鄰近細胞,加上生長所需的熱量。因為不需要打開培養箱并轉移樣品進行搖動,所以在整個過程中可以保持樣品的溫度,并且避免了光照和污染。實驗室選擇Inheco的單板培養箱振蕩器,其軟件和驗證工具的多功能性和精確性。
節省空間
不需要培養箱和搖床。Inheco孵化機搖床可以放在甲板上或甲板下,以節省空間。它通過自己的內部控制器進行調節。其自動打開和關閉的門將樣品板移出,即使只有該部分伸入液體處理平臺的工作區域,也能實現甲板上的自動化應用。
