The 7700 series of LaserStar is a dual component manual laser welding system which is perfect for a wide range of unique and custom integration applications that caters to the demands of metal joining, complex assembly and repair issues for the industry market. People who provide solutions benefit from a compact, portable, dual component design making quick integration and simple for Class 1 and 4 configurations. Operators can now handle the parts in their hands and view the application through a stereo-microscope on the welding area. An internal cross-hair lets the operator easily align and weld the parts at the perfect location. A wide range of materials can be laser welded including 300 and 400 series stainless steels, mild steels, nickel and its alloys, aluminium and its alloys, titanium, precious metal alloys like that of gold and silver, etc. LaserStar offers three power ranges – 80 W, 100 W, 150 W, to meet a wide range of application and its integration.
