光腔衰蕩光譜(Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy, CRDS)是一種高度精確的氣體檢測技術,廣泛應用于環境監測、工業過程控制及科學研究等多個領域。 CRDS 技術的核心在于利用高反射率的光學腔體來增強光與氣體分子之間的相互作用。 具體而言,當一束激光脈沖進入由兩面高反射鏡構成的腔體后,會在腔體內多次反射,形成一個封閉的光路。
LohnStar Optics的腔衰鏡是全介電鏡,采用專有工藝制造,以確保超低的散射和吸收損耗。這些鏡子的反射率通常在99.99%以上。散射和吸收造成的損耗隨波長而變化,但可以低至~10ppm。LohnStar Optics的工藝確保了最佳的停機時間。
在20多年的時間里,LohnStar Optics開發了一種獨特的工藝,能夠制造極低散射和吸收損失的涂層。正是憑借這一工藝和我們豐富的經驗,我們能夠為超低損耗反射鏡開發定制涂層設計,用于1 μ m至15 μ m的腔衰蝕應用。用于這些鏡子的最常見的襯底材料是硒化鋅、硅和熔融二氧化硅。選擇合適的基材材料和規格與涂層一樣重要。
