CORR-PAINT™ CP20XX-SERIES
These epoxy and urethane based coatings are used for producing corrosion and wear resistant barriers to 500 °F. Typical applications include tanks, pipelines, boilers, precipitators, scrubbers, bag houses, cyclones, hoppers and other process equipment used in the power, pulp and paper, and chemical processing industries.
CORR-PAINT™ CP30XX-SERIES
These ceramic-inorganic, aqueous-based coatings are used for corrosion and oxidation protection of steel and refractory products used in boilers, furnaces, kilns, rotary calciners, stacks, and other high temperature structures to 1500 °F.
CORR-PAINT™ CP40XX-SERIES
These silicone-based, heat-resistant coatings are formulated to adhere to ceramics, metals, refractories, and quartz, and provide exceptional resistance to outdoor weathering, salt-spray corrosion, and thermal cycling to 1100 °F. Two variations of each color are offered, one formulated with a VOC-compliant, water-dispersible silicone emulsion; the other with a solvent-based silicone resin.
A “-S” is added to the part number to designate solvent-based silicone resin.
CORR-PAINT™ CP5000
This is a two-part, water-based, inorganic, zinc-rich primer that provides excellent abrasion and salt-spray resistance. It is compatible with CP40xx-Series coatings and is used for priming steel structures in the marine, power, and chemical process industries.
CORR-PREP™ CPR2000
This is a specially formulated, water-based, zinc phosphate etchant that is non-toxic, non-flammable, non-caustic, and non-corrosive, and significantly improves coating adhesion to aluminum, galvanized, steel, and stainless steel metals, and improves long-term corrosion protection.
