The XRS is the operation platform for our SDD Modules and supports the full functionality of our Complete?or Standard Module series. It is designed for applications in microanalysis and in X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis in laboratories and industry. Individually pre-adjusted system parameters combined with the right selection of the SDD module type lead to optimum performance and reliability in the specific field of application.
