A型磁控源用于在濺射過程中施加具有高均勻性的薄層。該電源與特高壓條件兼容。得益于集成的原位傾斜系統,它既可用于標準腔體,也可用于定制腔體。通過使用圓頂型設計,我們最大限度地減少了打開百葉窗所需的空間。
