VPM-17 TriCAP™ ATM真空傳感器樹立了全新標桿,為廣泛真空應用提供一體化測量解決方案。與傳統真空計不同,該設備不僅具備5.0E-3至1333 mbar的氣體類型無關型經濟測量范圍,還集成可低至1E-6 mbar的皮拉尼熱損耗測量能力。
在氣體成分可能變化的真空應用中,傳統依賴氣體類型的皮拉尼規易導致測量誤差。TriCAP™ ATM傳感器采用精密電容式薄膜規(CDG)技術,徹底消除氣體依賴性,即使氣體特性變化也能確保測量精準度。
除真空測量外,VPM-17還能實現相對于大氣壓的差壓測量,為真空系統排氣過程提供精確控制。

CDG自動零點校準技術
集成的MEMS皮拉尼熱損耗傳感器將測量范圍擴展至1E-6 mbar,并為電容式壓力計引入創新性自動零點校準功能,徹底消除了傳統電容薄膜規需手動調零的操作需求。無需按鍵調零——僅需抽真空至自動校準點,電容薄膜規即自動完成校準,隨時提供精確測量。
嚴苛工況應對方案
針對可能接觸腐蝕性或活性氣體的應用場景,TriCAP™可選配共形保護涂層作為高效防護屏障。
該系列傳感器還可選配陶瓷或派瑞林(Parylene)防護層:
- 陶瓷層具有卓越的耐腐蝕性,廣泛用于電容薄膜規的真空傳感器膜片
- 派瑞林作為一種特種聚合物,兼具優異耐腐蝕性與疏水性,特別適合冷凍干燥、滅菌等醫療應用
在存在顆粒污染的真空工藝中,TriCAP™可加裝防護擋板阻隔宏觀顆粒。結合上述防護涂層選項,該系列傳感器專為耐受極端真空環境而設計。
