在flocking（植絨）過程中，等離子處理需要使得橡膠表面和黏膠能達到強大的粘結性能，而涂刮過程則需要噴霧（等離子體）來實現良好的潤濕性和最佳的黏合性能。
Profile TEC需要昂貴的引子，危險的化學物質或者粗糙的研磨刷，通過等離子處理仍能創造一個環保的、經濟的制造過程，profile TEC適合用戶定制，導電固體橡膠處理，導電海綿等物質。
Profile tec能配置單個或者多個噴頭，每個噴頭都可單獨調整，噴頭都可采用標準配置或者客戶定制模式。
